Craft manpower (foreman level and down) will be recruited from local sources via employee registers developed from previous work in the project area, word of mouth, local job services and local advertisement (i.e. newspapers, etc.). In the event that local craft manpower is not available, additional resource personnel will be recruited from outside the local area and imported to the job site as required.
