• The job analysis report is a weekly generated report developed from field input showing percent complete of work items as well as productivity of craft labor with respect to budgeted (estimated) man hour allowances per activity and an accumulative total for all job activities/codes.
  • The assigned Project Engineer will develop the job analysis input information, (i.e. activities, quantities, allocated man hours, etc.) from the coded information used to breakdown the original estimate for scheduling input. The job analysis activities will mirror those activities of the overall project schedule and monitor each activities percent complete, man hour expenditures, productivity factors and total job progress and work factors. The job analysis report will be updated weekly by the on-site Project Engineer via field input from each craft discipline Foreman. The weekly updated job analysis information will provide the basis for scheduling/progress update and percent complete determination.
